underwhelming stay. sadly.
extra pool fee dirty windows
the location was acceptable, i guess. it was near some temples.
the pool cost extra. i mean, really. also, the 'amazing' view was marred by dirty windows. inside and out, they were just gross, so much for that skyline.

i found the buffet staff unfriendly breakfast confirmation url didn't work correctly even when the buffet was nearly empty the coin operated laundry had odd hours as well i could not use it even with late checkout because of the closing time the gym was also closed with an attendant present check in required both a person and a machine for the card and tap and go was not available.

great view excellent service closed gym ineffective air conditioning
The location offers a GREAT view of the skytree. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist with any questions.
The gym remained CLOSED during my entire stay. The air conditioning did not function effectively in the room, it was disappointing.

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Views

I found the staff very helpful. They assisted with luggage storage before check-in. The location provided easy access to local attractions. Senso-ji Temple was a short walk away. The available limousine bus service to the airport simplified my departure arrangements considerably. I appreciated that SO much.
The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely accommodated my laptop.

Staff were available at the concierge desk to assist with directions and information about local transportation. The front desk offered currency exchange. This saved me a trip to a separate exchange bureau. i received great help.

The room included blackout curtains that blocked sunlight completely. THIS ensured restful sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub. A useful touch for relaxation. A work desk with multiple power outlets supported remote work. I was very grateful.

The hotel is near several convenience stores. Quick access to essentials was simple. Multiple dining options are within a five-minute walk. That added considerable convenience. I discovered a nearby subway station with easy access to other parts of the city.
